My story

A personal approach to fitness, shaped by lived experience.

My relationship with fitness was not always healthy. I struggled with anorexia and binge eating for many years, and that experience shaped the way I coach today: with structure, empathy, and respect.

I am Italian, based in Amsterdam, and I also work a full-time desk job. I understand how hard it can be to balance fitness with work, stress, family, travel, and everyday responsibilities.

My coaching style is direct, calm, and human. I understand the person first, then build a plan that feels clear enough to follow and flexible enough to keep.

Coaching philosophy

Learn how to train, not just what to do next.

My goal is not to make clients dependent on me forever. Coaching should build strength, confidence, and understanding so you can make better decisions for your long-term fitness.

Fitness should support your life, not take it over.
A useful plan is realistic, individual, and easy to understand.
Strength training supports confidence, mobility, posture, muscle, and independence.
Healthy habits matter more than short-term transformations.
Over time, clients should understand how to train effectively for themselves.

Working together

What working together looks like.

01

Initial consultation

We start with your initial consultation, focused on movement, posture, mobility, strength, education, and strategy. Afterwards, you receive a personalised assessment report with the main findings, your strengths, areas that deserve attention, and why they matter.

02

Program design

Your four-week training programme includes practical recommendations shaped around your level, available time, equipment, goals, and assessment findings.

03

Ongoing support

Coaching includes accountability, adjustments, and practical guidance so the plan can evolve with you.

04

Education and independence

The aim is to explain why each exercise was selected, how it connects to your goals, and how to train with more confidence and independence over time.

FAQ

Questions before you book.

Do I need gym experience?

No. Coaching can start from your current level, whether you are new to strength training or returning after time away.

Do you coach online?

Yes. As an Online Personal Trainer, I can support you with structure, accountability, and programming without every session happening in person.

Do you offer personal training in Amsterdam?

Yes. I offer Personal Training in Amsterdam and Online Coaching. Availability and specific locations can be discussed during the discovery call.

What happens during the discovery call?

The free 30-minute discovery call is a relaxed conversation about your goals, schedule, background, and the next step that makes sense.

Do you provide nutrition plans?

Nutrition support focuses on sustainable habits and practical guidance, not extreme rules. Any detailed planning should match my scope of practice and your individual needs.

How individual is coaching?

Coaching is shaped around your goals, experience, schedule, equipment access, and preferences rather than a generic template.

How often will we communicate?

Communication depends on the format and what you need. We can agree on the right rhythm before starting.

Can coaching help with sustainable weight loss?

Yes, when appropriate, coaching can support sustainable weight loss through strength training, consistency, and healthier habits.

Will lifting weights make me bulky?

No. Most people don't accidentally become bulky. Building significant muscle mass requires years of dedicated training, appropriate nutrition and individual genetics. For most people, strength training leads to a stronger, leaner and more defined body while supporting long-term health.

Will I be pushed into intense workouts?

No. The approach is structured and progressive, but it respects your body, schedule, stress, and long-term consistency.
